How It Works

Here's How it Works:

1. Fill out our secure online sign-up form.
2. We will contact you within 3 business days to confirm set-up and first pick-up date.
3. Simply put garments in supplied bag and place in the agreed upon location before 8am on Route day.
4. If garments do not fit in bag, put additional items in a plastic bag.
5. If you have any spots for special treatment or special instructions, please include a note to bring them to our attention.
6. Professionally cleaned garments are returned the next scheduled delivery day. A detailed ticket will be attached.
7. Some items will take more than two days for processing. We will call as soon as we receive the item and let you know when it will be returned.
8. Each month we will send a statement of charges via email and automatically charge your account.
